About the Wingnut Calendar of Events
This calendar of events from the Wingnut Anarchist Collective is being produced because not all of our events fit the constraints of the RVA Radicalendar. We wanted to be able to promote shows, potlucks, movie screenings, and more that might be less explicitly political in nature, but still opportunities to network and socialize with anarchists and radicals. Also just to help get word out about these events.
We are creating the calendar on this blogspot blog, because the calendar that we like is not compatible technology wise with the website that we normally use. Our regular website, with all of these events being posted on it as they are created, is www.wingnutrva.org
We hope to link to this Calendar from our regular website so folks can take a look at all of the upcoming events at the Wingnut. We will also include events that do not necessarily take place at the Wingnut, but are events that some folks from the collective will be attending, or events that we support.
Events that do happen at the Wingnut are located at 2005 Barton Avenue Richmond, Virginia 23222. We can be reached by phone at 804 303 5449. All events at the Wingnut are sober, so please no drugs or alcohol or intoxication. Unless stated otherwise, all events at the Wingnut are All Ages- we welcome babies, kids, adults, elders, etc.
